There were several technical limitations while working there due to the use of outdated proprietary technologies that not only hampered true developmental evolution but also hindered the abilities to learn worthwhile languages and practices useful outside the company. Additionally, there was very little room to move up within the company."

"Learn how to manange, not blame. Success and failure come from you first."

"They will want to see that you are willing to take initiative. Also, our company has a great culture and you must be able to get along with other people and have a good time to fit in."

"Some of the systems are old and the code is outdated and not up to date with current accepted best practices."

"Some of the processes we use for task management are inefficient and should be changed or removed."
