"I have worked for Invista for over 2 years at the Camden plant. During that time, the plant has gone through a lot of changes. In an effort to keep up with the current market, Invista has shifted it's focus on the larger part of their business and with that had to make some changes. The company has a long term vision and a strategy for getting there. It is a great company to work for."
