"The company is great, the CEO / President is great and so are a lot of the workers and managers. There just seems to be too much favoritism to some groups. Groups should be treated equally if it's considered a Team. If you have DEVs held to a high standard I would expect QA, BA and PMs all to be held to the same standard. This is why I'm looking for a new job. I can't sit by anymore and deal with the double standard."
