"The company has been in place for almost 50 years. It is a good company overall, the people are nice and there seems to be a concern for the employees. It runs in a very old school manner. Very hierarchical with little communication down the chain. Everyone works in their silo's without interest in what others are doing or how what they are doing impacts others. This mentality is encouraged by management. The first topic of discussion whenever an issue is discovered is who's fault, was it."
"I don't understand what I am reviewing here. I am interested in applying for an operations management position. I am only typing now so that I can fulfill the requirements of this section and move on and hopefully complete my application. And I repeat, I don't understand what I am reviewing here."
"Investors Title is a family run company that really values its employees and understands that without them, the Company would not be successful. The Company offers a valuable benefits package including a generous insurance plan, 401(k), and time off. I have a great deal of respect for Investors Title and the family that runs it."
"The company is great, the CEO / President is great and so are a lot of the workers and managers. There just seems to be too much favoritism to some groups. Groups should be treated equally if it's considered a Team. If you have DEVs held to a high standard I would expect QA, BA and PMs all to be held to the same standard. This is why I'm looking for a new job. I can't sit by anymore and deal with the double standard."
