"Be sure to have a Bachelor's Degree when applying for any position, as it seems it is necessary for continued advancement."
What don't you like about working at International Paper?
"I am not fond of the amount of raises that were offered over the last few years. They did not even cover the cost of the increases in the medical insurance payments."

"While a person may not have a Bachelors Degree you should still consider them for a position because of their work record and experience that they bring to the table."
