"Intevac is in a bit of trouble. I was part of the third round of layoffs. A lot of the employees have been employed for many years creating a slow moving work environment. There was not much room for career advancement since the company itself was not growing. I had a good personal relationship with my boss, not a good one relating to my work. The workers are isolated within 3 buildings and an extensive cube setup. I would sometimes not see a fellow employee during the whole work day."
