"I worked for both LAZ Parking and Interstate Hotels, two separate companies, but both companies having a strong relationship with the Sheraton Park Hotel Anaheim. LAZ Parking manages the parking logistics of the property since its located next to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Interstate Hotel manages the staffing of the hotel since most of the Marriott Hotels are a franchise, and we must follow both companies' policies. I initially started as a valet attendant for LAZ Parking. After a year at that specific location, I was referred by the front desk manager to apply with Interstate Hotels for the front desk.
