"I really wanted to have a career in the IT industry. My current job pays me well but I see no career growth opportunities in this field that would satisfy me and help me accomplish the goals I have planned out for myself. I love interacting with people, and this job certainly provides me with more than enough interaction with people. People from different cultures and backgrounds."

"Make sure you apply for a position which has an element of tipping int he income."
What don't you like about working at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts?
"Poor decisions and failure to properly plan on the side of the management leave a lot of unneeded stress and difficult situations for the front line staff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay more attention to employee satisfaction and training. Insure we had a adequate staff for our needs."

"It is not a place for longevity as I thought it was but still work hard."

"They were very unorganized and clashed many times on tasks that needed to be done."

"Manage correclty, help solve the problem between co-worker if seen that they cannot properly do it themselves."

"Stand up for yourself and dont let anyone bring you down. There is a lot of discrimination and employees preferences."

"There is no teamwork and everyone is in there because they need the job."

"I would listen to my employees and find ways to motivate them, make them feel welcomed, wanted and help them further their careers in the company"
