"To be aware of layoffs in Q4 every year, it happens"

"Politics were introduced at the exec level, and the program was taken away & eliminated. This happened frequently."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When they plan, start and execute programs, they need to stick with them vs. killing them off 75% of the time. Too much time, staff and energy is wasted."
