International Technidyne Employee

"I worked with ITC for three years. In the beginning they seemed to focus on making their employees happy and and committed to getting the job done. After a bunch of executive changes, people became worried about their jobs and office politics began to get in the way of hard work. Lay off after lay off continued to diminish the work morale of the employees."
