"We were working on creating new packaging system, there were tons of exciting ideas coming out of everyone, and I remember those arguments with admiration for each others ideas. It was the best and creative argument. Witnessing the design process becoming real product and be a part of it is very valuable itself. Along with the creating process, it was also valuable to learn the responsibility and support."

"I love that the work place is very fun and happy. I don't hate what I did there when I was an intern."

"Being an intern at UCB gives you full access to their facilities, first dibs on improv and sketch classes while also putting you to work. With an amazing environment to be in the interns feel like they are an intricate part of the UCB ecosystem."

"Internship helped me learn a lot of useful skills that are needed in the real working place. But most of the supervisors do not trust interns to involve in important projects. A lot of time is spent on administration works rather than professional work relating with my majors. Most internships are unpaid. And if you cannot be promoted to a full-time position in the organization you are interning with, the work experience you had at this organization may not be helpful to get a job elsewhere."

"I would love to work with other like minded people, like I said we have a built a solid relationship, but nonetheless I see myself like more of a writer than a web developer. I love the freedom freelancing gives me in this tough economic climate and although the pay is substantial when it's payday, I would love a steady income so I can truly feel responsible of my own destiny."

"What I love about being an intern is the knowledge you acquire when working with companies like Amerra. I had a chance to learn various tools and equipment used in the medical field. The hate is the no pay which can be hard when you have responsibilities in your life. Other than that I enjoy internships."

"Most of the time the work is menial. It helps if the company has meaningful projects and goals for its interns. A stipend or allowance would also help as initiatives to help the company."
