"The company has unclear plans to move forward, it's still on their developing phase and will take them some years to discover that if the company wants to achieve sustainable growth, it requires to move from the developing stage to the professional stage and stop depending only on a group of experts to resolve all issues, this only slows down the operation."

"I enjoyed my job so very much in Maintenance until the end. Life changing losing my job."

"I did not like the way Interlake laid us off and closed their doors. They sold to a company from Spain Mecalux. We had to be hired back at a huge pay decrease and because I was a union rep for the UAW I was not hired back. I have since then went to trade school for HVAC and completes with an 4.0 average."
