"The company went through many ownership changes. With that, new program training was always necessary."

"Management was great. They took the time to teach me all I needed to know within my department. There was not much opportunity to excel. Since my work was so repetitive, I could not gain the skills I needed if I wanted professional growth."

What don't you like about working at Interior Specialists?

"There wasn't really much to do. It seemed like I spent a lot of time working on projects which a lot of the users hadn't really bought into yet. There are a lot of computer illiterate users there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be cautious to avoid over hiring on developers, unless you have a project that you are reasonably sure will strongly impact the bottom line, and that your end users have bought in to that project."
