Management was great. They took the time to teach me all I needed to know within my department. There was not much opportunity to excel. Since my work was so repetitive, I could not gain the skills I needed if I wanted professional growth.
Be cautious to avoid over hiring on developers, unless you have a project that you are reasonably sure will strongly impact the bottom line, and that your end users have bought in to that project.
