"What I enjoyed the most working at McNeil Technologies was the feeling of making a difference to the service members for the quality products that we provided for the media items turned into our sections. The long hours and hard work applied to this were second to none when pieces of the puzzle were solved because of the technical results given back by our workers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"McNeil Technologies is a fantastic organization to begin a career and just to ensure that if you have any questions prior to being hired ask, and don't assume."

What don't you like about working at AECOM?

"What I did not like about working at McNeil Technologies, was having a credible job available overseas in Iraq, and not having the same opportunities that I have acquired back in the United States."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestions to my management would be only to show more support with site visits so if there were issues that needed to be addressed on the spot, those issues were resolved."

"Worth the sacrifice. It will change your life. Pay is not the best but many other things make up for it."

"Very inefficient when processing paperwork resulting in many problems in all areas. Here you really need to micromanage your personnel paperwork issues to assure processing."

"Balancing work and personal life and more attention to workers' issues, specially when involving paperwork."
