"This is a staffing company. I've both worked at jobs I've found through this company and for the company managing and recruiting employees through Integrity Staffing. Overall I've found it to be an excellent company with excellent managers. Main issues I ran into were due to the clients. For instance if you are working directly for the company then you don't have a ton of job security since the client can always change their hiring plans which could leave you out of a job. If you are working as a temporary or seasonal employee then you are subject to any of the clients policies. As a manager I occasionally had to fire employees that broke client policies that I felt should have warranted a write up instead of a termination. We can appeal to the client but ultimately they are the one that decides what happens."
