Submit a Review"It's hard to explain what is good or bad on my work. Integration is good when you look for both parts of the processes. The provider and consumer. But not all times I can look for both. Almost all time I only see what the provider wants to share with other and sometimes the matter what you create your business processes don´t help the consumer to consuming the services."

"Not much benefits, good relaxed work environment, very helpful for family needs too."
What don't you like about working at Macy's?
"Benefits and more amenities to employees. A good cafeteria would add lot of value."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"improve benefits, amenities, bonus. Performer and non performer is almost treated the same."
