"I get to run my group as if it were my own company and I get to work mostly out of my house."

"If you are a middle manager looking for a company that will recognize you for your achievement, this is a company for you, as you can get promoted. In my case, I cannot climb higher, there are only two people above me and they are awesome to work for, but they're also not leaving soon, either."
What don't you like about working at Integrated Microwave Technologies?
"Nothing, it's a great compnay, but I cannot climb higher than the position I currently hold."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nothing at all. They are doing a great job making microwave radios."
