"I've worked for Intact for over 4 years as a Claims Consultant. The company was previously OneBeacon which Intact, a Canadian company, acquired about 5 years ago. I've enjoyed my experience at Intact, while I think I should have a senior title and additional compensation, overall the compensation ranges are fair and competitive. They also have bonus programs. The time off is generous but you have to make sure you have backup and are caught up which is challenging at times. I enjoy my co-workers, they are professional and good. There is an overall high quality of personnel at Intact and I would recommend to people seeking employment in insurance."
