"Not very good benefits really expensive, they don't have paid vacation, sick pay and the fact that we get chargebacks"

"Nice office environment, great colleagues, great ambiance knowledgeable management, good direction."

"It can be done, but it is a tough haul; you neeed to have a substantial savings that you can fall back on until this develops because it takes time."

"Independent Insurance Broker, commission only, when the econmoy is in the crapper it is very hard to sell insurance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Can't continue to advise agents to pay for leads given to everybody else by these lousy lead companies. Can't spend $1000 to get a bunch or leads that everyone has gotten and earn $250.."

"Cold calling and cold prospecting, their commission payments are very slow."

"Try and expedite commissions for your agents so that they occure at least once a month."

"Set up as a Full 1099 tax structure, one hundred percent commission."

"Be prepared to learn and enjoy all that this company has to offer."

"An agent lost his license do to fraud, he was teamed with me just to keep him at the office. I was pretty offended and unconfortable about working with someone who embessled money from his prior work place. When discussing my concerns with my superior I was given a choice."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pro Mark was soley owned. Unfortunetly he has since passed on. But if he were still around. I would suggest be a little more prudent on backround checks. Know who's working for you."
