"I love it because I get to help people and I get to make big insurance companies meet their obligations. I have helped many people get 3-5 times more than their insurance company originally gave them. I get to fight injustice and corporate greed; there is nothing more gratifying than making a difference and having a positive impact on people's lives. The things I dislike are the fact that most of the revenue is made seasonally during fire or storm season, and is not enough to sustain me."
