"This is the best game company I ever worked for. That being said, game companies suck to work for. Pick another industry. Really."

"Nearly 80 hour weeks most of the year.13 hours / day Monday through Friday8 hours / day Saturday5 hours / day Sunday5 weeks to program every single thing in a level. You don't get to design it, but if it isn't fun it is your fault. If a redesign is needed, you are not granted additional time. If it isn't fun in 5 weeks, you are fired.The stress was incredible.Made me hate games."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"8 hour day.Don't hold programmers accountable for designer mistakes.Let employees have a life."
