"The people are intellegent, fun, motivated and caring. Great environment. No micromanagement, ideas are encouraged."

"Since the company is sold to a Minn based company, there will likely be no interviews."
What don't you like about working at Insight Imaging?
"The prior management team from over 10 years ago built up so much debt that the company had to file BK to complete a prepackaged debt for equity swap. As a result, our new ownes sold us to a Minn based company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Strongly think out of the box to provide benefits that do not cost the company cash outflow, but still motivate the employees."

"If you get the job try to steer clear of office politics. There are folks in leadership positions that are politically toxic."

"People are not first. Employees work long hours with no extra benefits. Management does not listen to employees and their well being is not regarded."
