"This is a tricky question because compared to other IT Staffing firms we do receive a lower base pay. The bright-side to this is that you typically are only a recruiter for the first 6-8 months and you are making 6 figures very soon. Although I do understand their reasoning in not paying us much off the get go, since recruiters are a huge part of what makes this company money and growth I do believe the base pay should be increased to closer to the average base."
