It is incredibly competitive and you compete head to head with 30 other people every day for roughly your first year. If you aren't ready for that and don't have that mindset you won't survive. It takes awhile to find your fit in this company but once you do it's rewarding and all of your hard work is worth it."

The corporate recruiters speak only of the very best parts of the company, giving you a very unrealistic view of what you will actually be doing on a daily basis. You basically sit in a call center until they deem you have made enough cold calls to recite a pre-written script to a client in person. Your base pay is very low and your commission is 1%. Only those who are comfortable with screwing others over succeed in this company."
