I received outstanding training in the office AND the company flew me to Atlanta to train with recruiters-in-training across the country. I have developed myself as a professional from attending multiple client lunches, role playing conversations with my managers, and getting immediate constructive criticism on my performance. My favorite thing about being an Insight Global employee is that I am never afraid to fail, and I have learned how to handle failure in a professional setting.
