I was reached out to by Holly Esler through LinkedIn about a job opportunity to start as a recruiter and be trained for an Account Manager position. Holly's personality alone was almost enough to sell me into the role. The interview process is very detailed and somewhat challenging, definitely weeds out the people who are not cut out for sales. After completing the three rounds of interviews, I was very excited to qualify for such a young, fun and successful company.
