Submit a Review"Most professional customers are great. The "team" that LKQ prides themselves in calling their staff have absolutely 0 teamwork. The different yards and warehouses in each region are ran independently and don't work together. Unqualified employees are hired in production positions (pulling parts, dismantling) and therefore cause the wrong parts to be pulled or cause them to be delayed due to their incompetence. The GM for Tulsa's 3 stores is a complete idiot. He knows absolutely nothing about the automotive industry and is most of the time "Working from home". He doesn't show up until sometimes 9 or 10 and does not stand behind his employees, with the exception of his little brother who is a delivery driver that gets complaints against his attitude by customers almost every day. The "Plant Manager" at the Sand Springs location (1745 Apex) is not involved with his production staff whatsoever and is essentially useless to the day to day operations. His under-manager has no leadership over his pullers and dismantlers, they pretty much do whatever they want. The only good manager locally is the sales manager when he gets to make decisions himself. It's my opinion that every person in management except the sales manager needs to be terminated immediately."

"I would suggest that the person be flexible as they will try new marketing efforts as not to get stuck in a rut."

"The fact that all lists were on excel spreed sheets."

"Purchase a company subscription of Salesforce to be used company wide by both sales & support staff."

"I enjoy doing what I do. I like helping clients figure out the best way to put something together."

"RUN! Unfortunately, until American completes the mentality change, it's difficult to be able to keep the positive mentality and morale."

"In all honesty, there is a huge issue with the equality of males to females; as if females aren't as adequate to do the job as males. It's an old school mentality which is hard to fight through."

"Management needs to understand the importance of setting examples, creating positive moral by keeping positive attitudes."

"The industry is very unstable. I was relocated to Charlotte and the company is currently downsizing."
