"Company perks - free on-site gym membership, catered lunches on Monday and benefits from day one. The territories have been changed a few times since new reps join, but as opportunities decrease, there has been no concessions from management to reduce quota or increase base. There's less opportunity with the same expectation of results. Managers are hired based on who they know, they need leadership training, and above all need training on how to sell our product."
