"I've worked for InRhythm from Jan 20. My experience wasn't what I was expecting. No onboarding process, and very disorganized. Everyone fears the CEO at a point that nones dare to discuss what goes wrong in a transparent way. My peers were very friendly and helpful. The company has a huge turnover and cannot retain employees for more than one year (besides engineers, but they are working fro the client almost)"
"Horrible company. Gunjan Doshi is a habitual liar to clients and his teams. Do not trust him. This is a total sweatshop - they will work you to the bone as an engineer, not give you any raises, be stingy on any bonuses. Not worth it. Go anywhere but here. I would not recommend this company - maybe if the ceo let someone else take over, but not how it is."
