I also liked flexibility of the work schedule and assignments that placed me in different apartment communities throughout Orange County."

"It was just a part time job that limited me to 30 hours a week. The recruiting agency did not have any temp-to-hire positions available during my tenure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If possible, allow for temp-to-hire opportunities after a 6 month tenure. At the same time, assign shifts for at least 2-week periods for each apartment community location so that recommendations for temp-to-hire are more reflective of the employee's job experience."
