"I enjoyed the interaction with prospective customers looking to rent, providing the touring of model apartments, and interacting with very helpful, knowledgeable staff. I also liked flexibility of the work schedule and assignments that placed me in different apartment communities throughout Orange County."

"Enjoy the experience and stay professional and friendly no matter how difficult a situation arises with tenant complaints."

What don't you like about working at Innovative Staff Solutions ?

"It was just a part time job that limited me to 30 hours a week. The recruiting agency did not have any temp-to-hire positions available during my tenure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If possible, allow for temp-to-hire opportunities after a 6 month tenure. At the same time, assign shifts for at least 2-week periods for each apartment community location so that recommendations for temp-to-hire are more reflective of the employee's job experience."
