"I've worked with IS&S for just under a year. During that time I witnessed company practices which as a newcomer had worried me. In addition it always seems as though the upper management has issues communicating company goals and priorities down the chain of command to the lower end workers. In addition to this, they often require one to work an absurd amount of hours in a single week and it always felt like it was an issue attempting to get the proper hardware for testing purposes. The teams that I did work with directly however were very knowledgeable and skilled in their fields."

Not enough equipment for both testers and developers causes issues when deadlines are close. Move up pretty fast if you know what you are doing and learn on the fly. "The Owner/CEO is clueless about SW development. His expectations and schedules are impossible to meet. No one gets praise or acknowledgement for their efforts."

"Retire the CEO (again). You are a ISO 9001 company, so FOLLOW the PROCESS! Don't ignore your own rules. And DON't keep lying to the customer!"
