"This company is hired by schools that need virtual teachers. They do not do the necessary inquiries to find out what the teacher will encounter when he starts teaching. They promise that there will be working microphones and cameras but mics are faulty and there are no cameras. They did not make sure students have email addresses so they can communicate with the teacher and hand in homework and projects. They did not find out if there are special needs kids in the class. I found this out on my own, 1 month into the teaching job. They did not find out that the students do NOT have a copy of the textbook. They require that you use their technology to teach however they do not know how to resolve issues when they arise. This is unacceptable. One of the owners claims she has over 20 years teaching experience in public schools. One would think that she would know what a teacher needs to know before teaching a class and would provide the necessary information to ensure success. Without the basic requirement of being able to see and hear your students, you and the students are bound to fail."
