"I worked for InMotion Hosting for 3 years between August, 2016 and December, 2019. I enjoyed working for InMotion as there was always a strong family environment and I never felt like just another number. My managers and coworkers were top notch. The company employs between 150-200 employees between 3 locations in Virginia Beach, Denver, and Los Angeles."
"There are great amount of things that I enjoyed about working with inmotion. The company atmosphere was overall very lax, however due to business decisions, the overall business was very hectic and the more senior technicians had this attitude of I'm better than you and will rub your nose in it."

"Ignore bonus structure. It doesn't realistically count as pay. It's not incentive, it's a way to punish employees."

"Job is dependent on what you bring in for the company."

"Trust their employees, which they don't because the attitude is 'what have you done'."
