Considering you have supervisors and managers in place that are not qualified, you can not learn and grow under them. If you are a favorite of the CEO, then you may get compensated. If not...well... There is favoritism and nepotism starting from the top down. When you have a CEO who has their husband working at the company, expect there to be issues. The internal politics. The lack of management abilities from the CEO down."
