"Company behaves unprofessionally. They will bring you in for an interview amongst several candidates, knowing they need to hire a lot of candidates. They don’t answer hi. They don’t get back to you. If you call in they will say oh you’re not chosen. You can show up with a Louis Vuitton bag and a resume of luxury goods but they’d rather pass on someone whose educated and clearly a good fit in exchange for 90% black hires with no education and nothing backing them up. Company is racist and has no interest with quality applicants with a quality background. They are only paying what they are bc they can’t get people to work 1-10pm Shifts. Again. They just seek out African american help who have NO experience with luxury goods. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT and don’t show up holding an LV bag. You’re automatically judged. Racist. Non communicative lure. Unless your an entry level black person don’t waste your time. Recruiters are bad at communicating. You might as well get info from a gi joe doll. You will learn more."

"Need to be more hands on with there mid level management."

"The compensation; management was always asking employees to take on more and more responsibility but would not compensate adequately during end of year reviews."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Promote only those candiates who have the skills to do the job required rather then promote employees because they'll accept less of a salary then someone applying from the outside."

"At Inktel I was able to put together a stellar HR team which allowed us to have an enormous impact on the company that could even be seen even by its clients."

"HR was more like social work. Many of the employees were the first in their family to have a white collar job. Many came from extremely unsafe environments and sometimes brought that behavior to work."

"Stand behind your people and your company values. Saying to customers and putting it on a website are not sufficient. Walk the talk."
