"Like with all interviews, just be yourself and ask questions. Interviews are for you to see if you like the company and the people currently working there as much as it is for them to see if they like you and how much they want to work with you."

"-Long hours at times, but if you like what you do, then time just flies by!"

What do you like about working at United Food & Commercial Workers?

"I was given assignments in labor and corporate matters and I had to figure out how it was done and draft the document or strategize and perform the negotiation. It challenged me to work in areas of the law that I had not been exposed at all. I liked the benefits and my boss the president of the union was very innovative and respectful."

"A background or knowledge of the labor culture will ease the integration of a new employee into the company. Be aware of the employment issues that are being addressed by the company."

What don't you like about working at United Food & Commercial Workers?

"Labor law is not my passion, although I learned a lot I did not prefer the area of the law."
