"The atmosphere is quite random and poorly managed. I was frequently dealing with poor schedules and forced to do things unprofessionally due to work load and poor planning of resources."

"In order to improve the working conditions, management needs to include their engineers more in the planning process and needs to spend more time ahead of time developing good specifications and designs. Without good specifications and designs, it is impossible to plan a project of any sort of size."
