"The stifling of the company by the parent company. The bureaucracy became a huge impediment to most projects there."

"Separate the company from United Health Care."

"Workload too high. Higher management keeps making changes before the workers even have time to adjust to the previous change."

"Take the time to let workers adjust. Listen to what the lower level employees are telling you about workload and ability to perform. Standardization is not the key for people who work in a highly changing environment."
