"I liked the flex time aspect of the job and that the job was mostly interesting."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would be careful of moving to town for this company. They recently faced a large contraction and don't seem ready to fix the structural command and control problems that exist in the company."

What don't you like about working at Infotech Career College?

"Wishy washy goals and too much drama in the workplace. Some of the management is not that professional and as a private company there was no document control on work instructions, veiled threats about job loss were made with vague followup on actual actions to take to avoid that and a lack of proper problem definition, expectation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Institute a document control section, actually write down policies and procedures instead of making everything an exception and having to run anything out of the ordinary up the flagpole chain of management. Change the documentation approval person to someone who is a paralegal if the lawyers won't give comprehensive guidance on what is and isn't acceptable for an official notarized bidding contract."
