"Be sure to get a fine deal while joining, after that things will go up from there but be a little patient."

"I do like working there I just can't find any projects that fit my preferences fully. Developments are mostly of support for other applications."

"For a beginner, basic understanding of logic and good academic background is required. It may be a plus to be able to crack puzzles!"

"Growth is slow and interaction with client is restricted. Compensation is not close to others in the industry."

"Management chain is very long and bulky and often encourages constricted micro-management and inappropriate sense of authority for the middle managers."

"Work upon return to the states was non-existent for the area I was stationed in."

"Be sure the client is willing to take on a fresh-out-of-college employee on-site before assigning a resource from the US batch program."

"The work was challenging and the people were easy to get along with. Management seemed to know what it was doing."

What don't you like about working at Infosys?

"The HR department needs A LOT of work. I was double paid for my first month's salary, and it took them two months to try to recover it. Then, it took them four months to reimburse me for expenses I incurred while traveling on a business trip to perform work for their firm!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve the process for submitting expenses in the US. This seems to be an Indian outfit, and their operations in the US need to improve if they want to succeed here."
