"The DNA of this company is like nothing I have ever before seen. There is little communication unless you meet a certain demographic. There were many stories of successful sales where someone totally unrelated to the sale received the commission and the credit, while the person who was the procuring cause received nothing."

"I have worked at Infosys for 14 months. They offer a chance to many types of graduates to enter IT. The people whose projects you join tend to be nice, depending on company culture. Biggest negative, there is a lot of stress and extra hours that have to be exerted to deliver a project."

"I've worked for Infosys for over 5 years and had no opportunities for career advancement nor promotions nor salary increases. Employees are mainly male and Indian dominated although they are trying to diversify by hiring younger undergrad and MBA students in the USA. Benefits are at the bare minimum and do not have a 401k match."

"Not bad for undergrad to first start their career, however not much transition is possible within organization."

"Worked at Infosys for about 2 years. I believe it is a great company that seems to care about its employees (although cares more about its clients). However, whether you enjoy your time or not depends heavily on the projects you'll be put in."

"Infosys would have been an ideal employer if the opportunity existed to actually apply oneself and complete fulfilling work. Unfortunately, the American division of this global firm appears to be nothing more than an excuse to continue to hire internationally in the United States."

"There is potential to do great things at this company if you are placed with the right team and have the right connections. The company's internal structure is heavily relationship based, the internal structure is rather weak. If you join this company be prepared to search out people who can act as collaborators."
