"Infosys is a HUGE company based in India. Indian culture is embedded and quite different from US culture. Employees speak English if necessary. They place engineers in teams with outside contracts but with a very little review of your skillset. and minimal training. Therefore it is easy to fail."

"Jennifer was a substantial project manager during the regional operation center transition of our Microsoft BPO contract from Arvato to Infosys. Operations maintained and exceeded KPIs, productivity and client expectations during the contractual change over = Jennifer was paramount! Simultaneously, Jennifer offset multiple senior-mid level team managers who were on leave, flawlessly occupying their capacities and leading those teams to higher success. Thereafter, Jennifer was transferred to oversee our UAT/API business segment where she led by example in a quick paced environment, improving team morale, reduced attrition, increased client satisfaction, transformed several workflows eliminating waste, dropping average handling time, streamlining the systemic interface for further automation of the CRM tools to improve productivity, quality and less manual touch for our contract agents. Jennifer is a value-add to our operations and management team who continuously exceeds goals/targets set."

"I work for Infosys. As a company, I'd rate it very high. I was promised a specific role but the person I was to replace decided not to leave. I ended up performing at a much lower level than I had anticipated. I am thankful for the employment opportunity but believe I wasted two years."

"I have worked at infosys for about a year. The management style is very hands off, which can be good for some, but I am a people person and I enjoy growing relationships. I am always asking for more work and think it is time I seek it elsewhere."

"Infosys was a great place for me to learn about many different industries at one place, while learning a multitude of programming languages. Infosys is a consultancy and expects the people that work there to go where ever the work was, but after relocating to Raleigh from New York City, I was disappointed in the lack of project opportunities in Raleigh and was asked multiple times to relocate despite being promised that work was readily available here, so I was on the bench for long periods of time. I was very fortunate however to work with very talented and kind co-workers and managers."
