"The United States Navy built my foundations to be a team player and introduced me to the telecommunications field."

"I would encourage the newly reported personnel to remember that the Navy is a lifestyle and more than a career."

What don't you like about working at United States Navy?

"I didn't like leaving my family for months at a time for deployments and workups."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest allowing people to make mistakes and learn from those mistakes. I would also encourage management to build up people for management."

"The company was small and the company Vice President contacted me personally when I put in my 2 weeks notice."

What don't you like about working at MILVETS Systems Technology?

"The HR department did not convey or send the information to new hires for benefits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Train the Human Resources department to be ready for a growing company with personnel located out of local office."
