"Alright, so one of their recruiters reached out to me on LinkedIn at her own (I did not even apply) and she screened me on behavioral and other stuff and later organized a technical interview for me which I cleared. Almost a month later HR said, they are still finalizing the decisions. Further 1 week after, 2 of their client partners called me to have a light discussion, my interests and reason for the change and location preference, etc. And finally after few more days they came up with decent package. Altogether it took about at least 2 months. Which is pretty annoying and shows how serious or professional they really are. At that time, I was already working with one of the Big 4 firms and have another offer from another Big 4. Since ISF offered me a better compensation and location in Florida, where I always wanted to be, I decided to take the risk and turned down the other very competitive offer from the other Big 4! After some time, I was contacted by the HR coordinator again regarding initializing my H1B visa. So I was all set to put resignation in my current company, luckily my friend suggested to wait till they successfully transfer my H1B and then only resign. Now the HR emailed me again and told me that they have a new technology lead who will help them to decide, to which project I should be allocated. It was planned as a general discussion but it turned out to be another rigorous technical round! Well, you could have done as many as you wanted before making me any offer, I almost resigned - do you ISF people understand what that means? Apparently this post offer technical round was just for an elimination. Well, I might not be a good fit for them, but due to these guys I turned down another very competitive offer and almost quit my current job. These ISF people almost ruined my career, my visa status, and my life. And all this ended with just one sentence email: ISF is rescinding the offer for employment with our firm."

"Don't bother working here unless you want to be surrounded by inbred hillbillies with an unhealthy mix of affirmative action beneficiaries. This is an observation right from HR all the way to the top where the place reeks of ignorance and incompetence. In a nutshell, it's location that maketh a company and their culture. Tallahassee being the armpit of Florida (never mind the capital of a red state), this employer is unable to attract and retain even local college talent. Thus, they resort to hiring captive employees on visas and overseas job offers. If you want to understand the culture of this place, just watch the movie - "Red State" and you'll be on your way (out)."
