Submit a Review"I love solving the problems I face as a systems engineer. Sometimes I find it difficult to come up with solutions because these systems are notoriously complex and often are used by people who have little or no experience working with them. This means I find myself explaining the fine details of how they work very often."
"I find the work I do personally rewarding having the satisfaction in the knowledge that I'm doing it better than it was done before. With the recent layoffs, I am doing my job and that of 5 others via automation and technique. My biggest issue is the separation of the hardware group from the software group. Although I have the flexibility I need to complete my tasks, occasionally I am stymied by redirections invoked by the hardware team."
"I am compensated well for my work efforts. CACI encourages its employees to excel both with professional and personal developments through certification reimbursements and tuition assistance towards a college degree."

What don't you like about working at Manifest Solutions?
"This company was completely unethical and exploited me as a worker. This company put me in a job where I had to give up all my worker's rights so that they could profit from it while I got screwed over. As a consultant, the client got to use me as a worker with no worker's rights while Manifest got the profits from it and I got screwed over and exploited. They told me that they would keep placing me at different client sites until they found a good match, but it was all a total lie. They threw me out on the street. I was like a hooker and they were like my pimp."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Commit suicide."
