"I have enjoyed every experience I have had working at previous organizations. I took everything in and learned so much and as a result provided value. While working in my last position as IS Security Administrator, I was involved in RBAC infrastructure development where I developed the majority of infrastructure that Brookdale's Identity Management System currently relies upon"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be positive and use your creative talents, leadership, knowledge and skills to the benefit of the organization. As a result, you will be rewarded with experience and commendation for management and higher level personnel. Take pride in your work and don't be afraid to think outside of the box."
What don't you like about working at MacGillis Wiemer?
"Nothing. I had no issues working at any prior organization. I am an optimist and rely heavily on my beliefs that there is a solution to every problem."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions to management were heard and some suggestions were implemented. From deciding on an Identity Management solution to being involved in meetings regarding the implementation. I have no suggestions for management."

"I enjoyed my time at Sparrows Point, too bad it's done."
What do you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?
"The people and the mission were great. I really miss the people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't bother, it's closing. If it isn't sold, this is a dead plant."
What don't you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?
"Didn't care about the people. They never provided training, and complained when they wanted to use their leave."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You have to invest in the people. Without these people, you can't get the job done."

"New England Financial was purchased by METLIFE. The Boston Site eventually became regional office with no major executives working there."

"The management was very focus on accomplishments. The management styles were good to achieve the great results."
