"You have to work hard and know your job well. Also, productivity is always one of the College's goals. You have to be productive and follow the mission and vision of the College. The working environment was very friendly."

"Pay was not great, advancement took some time. For someone just starting out from college, not the best, since it's not easy to advance. But for someone already established, this is a great place to work long term."
