I also noticed that customers occasionally didn't receive the treatment I'd expect from a reputable establishment. The workplace environment felt restrictive and wasn't conducive to comfort. For those considering employment in the credit union sector, I'd personally recommend exploring opportunities at Navy Federal or PenFed instead.There are also extremely out of date with technology and innovation. "Lack of differentiation between Product Vs Services. Senior management focus is on quarterly EBITA margins Vs long term recurring revenue. Good place to work if you are in a billable position or doing client-side consulting services. ISG is slowly progressing towards Cloud, Automation, and Hitech Consulting services but a long way to go."
"I just started with ISG Paris. It is a new role for me as Quantity Surveyor and I really prefer Estimating. The company lifestyle is quite good as it's very laid back. At the same time, I was first put into a very messy and chaotic construction site. Everything mentioned above makes it hard for me to really enjoy my job."
